Assessments
A thousand coding questions, now with visual problem descriptions
The coding question bank just doubled: from 525 to 1,000 questions, and the new ones bring more than just quantity.
- 1,000 coding questions, ready to use across screens, algorithms, SQL, puzzles, at easy, medium and hard.
- 427 questions now show you, not just tell you, what they’re about. All SQL questions include visual data cards — see what’s in each table, field types and keys, not just paragraphs of text. Grids, family trees, timelines, step-by-step chains: they're drawn out, examples shaded, so candidates can see the problem without having to picture it.

Assessments
Personality tests in eleven Indian languages
- All five tests — Big Five, MBTI, DISC, work values and emotional intelligence — read end to end in Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Punjabi, Tamil, Odia, Gujarati and Assamese.
- Scores don't move. The same answers in Marathi and in English produce the same result.

AI Phone Interviews
Screen candidates over a phone call instead of a web link. Set up the interview, choose when calls go out, and decide what happens when nobody picks up.
August Week 4
The AI phone interview, rebuilt. Every call is recorded and the whole interview reads as one conversation, a call that drops is continued instead of started over and scored once, the candidate picks the language on the call and can change it mid-way, a phone interview can now be the first round of a longer pipeline, a candidate who missed us can ring the number straight back
